Industry veteran, Kim Polark, fills newly created, vital position at locally based payments processor 

OMEGA Processing Solutions announced today the hiring of payments industry veteran, Kim Polark, in the newly created position of Merchant Analyst. Kim works at OMEGA’s Fort Thomas, Kentucky, corporate office and reports to Director of Merchant Operations, Daena Sprafka.

With the increasing complexity of EMV/Chip Card technology, PCI and data protection regulations, Point-of-Sale system migration and new, non-traditional competitors, the need for an analyst with a specific skill set has become increasingly important.

Kim has over nine years of experience in various roles within the payments industry. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and daughter.

Hurtt Assumes Sales Helm at OMEGA Processing Solutions

Dynamic leader will develop and manage sales organization, establish regional satellite offices and refine company’s overall sales strategy

[FORT THOMAS, Kentucky — June 5, 2017] Northern Kentucky native, Zachary Hurtt, has been tapped to lead OMEGA Processing’s sales division as Vice President, Sales. In this role, Hurtt  will manage and lead the company’s sales force and strategy, as well as develop the company’s satellite office distribution model as OMEGA embarks upon a significant growth and expansion plan. He previously served as the company’s Regional Sales Director for the Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania markets.

“In his time at OMEGA, Zach has brought energy, collaboration, a revived culture, organization structure, accountability and strategic direction to the sales team,” says Todd McHugh, OMEGA Processing Solutions President.

In conjunction with Hurtt’s hiring, OMEGA is refining its sales strategy and structure with new key initiatives. The company is establishing a hub of Midwest satellite offices, which will allow it to gain sales footholds and community presence outside of Greater Cincinnati. In addition, OMEGA is developing an in-house Sales Retention department to strengthen ties with existing customers. That group will be based in the company’s Northern Kentucky headquarters. Finally, the company is defining and implementing a comprehensive Point-of-Sale system strategy, as these systems are becoming increasingly popular in the marketplace.

Prior to beginning his career with OMEGA, Hurtt served in a sales management role with Stanley Steamer in several major markets across the United States. He is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Cotrell Tapped to Lead OMEGA Processing Solutions’ Sales Division

Payments industry veteran will develop and manage sales strategy, recruiting and bottom-line results

Cotrell  will work to develop and refine the company’s overall sales strategy, talent recruitment program, sales training and account executive development.  In addition, he will be responsible for delivering strong bottom-line sales results across all OMEGA sales channels — direct sales, inside sales, as well as the company’s financial institution referral partner program.

With more of a decade of sales management experience, Cotrell brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at OMEGA Processing Solutions. His vast and varied experience in the payments industry allows him to be an excellent fit to lead and develop OMEGA’s enterprise-wide sales efforts.

ETA’s Certified Payments Professional Program lands Ok in Top 2 percent
