Regional Sales Directors are responsible for meeting team sales goals on a consistent basis while building and managing their team. In addition to being outstanding leaders, coaches and mentors, they possess an entrepreneurial spirit that enables them to build their OMEGA.
- Interview, hire and train a high-producing team of Account Executives
- Manage and mentor Account Executives with both team and individual support
- Provide Account Executives with prospecting and sales training
- Become a resource on all OMEGA Processing products, software and services and effectively communicate this information to Account Executives, merchants and prospects when appropriate
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and Sales Team
- Experience at effectively managing a successful sales team
- Financially motivated with a competitive drive
- Guided by a strong sense of integrity and ethics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Desire to “play for the front of the jersey.”
