Job Description:

Regional Sales Directors are responsible for meeting team sales goals on a consistent basis while building and managing their team. In addition to being outstanding leaders, coaches and mentors, they possess an entrepreneurial spirit that enables them to build their OMEGA.


  • Interview, hire and train a high-producing team of Account Executives
  • Manage and mentor Account Executives with both team and individual support
  • Provide Account Executives with prospecting and sales training
  • Become a resource on all OMEGA Processing products, software and services and effectively communicate this information to Account Executives, merchants and prospects when appropriate
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and Sales Team

At the end of the day, that’s sort of what it all is,” said McHugh, president of OMEGA Processing Solutions (, referring to the “trust” factor, and what it takes to grow to be a $1.5 billion payments processor.

It boils down to, it’s a trust sale; it’s a trust industry, if you will. We move roughly $1 billion a year in people’s money, in customers’ money. So …. you can’t mess that up! You’ve gotta get that right.”

Mr. McHugh was reflecting on the 10-year anniversary of OMEGA Processing, detailed in a Press Release on the company blog.
