I wanted to say thank you for your great customer service. We’ve been working with you since last fall, and it has been a very positive experience. Any time I’ve had a question or need assistance (from the initial set-up, to reporting, to PCI compliance, or my many other questions), every member of the team has been quick to respond and very helpful. Your team recognized the urgency of the situation, and I got a call personally from our Account Executive AND an immediate email and phone call from Support.
